Not in any particular order but
QB, interior DL (if they don’t re-sign Williams, priority becomes higher), LB, interior OL, and DB.

This.

Also the subtractions :

Darrell Taylor , Frank Clark, Diggs , Adams , and anyone I've missed .
I could see some restructuring for some popular players as well. Seattle is going to have some crazy money tied up in the WR position next season .

1st round QB, no trade down.
DT- 2 years horrible run D.
Need a new KJ & Bobby.
Bring in 4-5 safeties to find 2.
Mid round OT for insurance.
Upgrade weakest link at OG.
Cut our highest paid least productive TE
Returner who is a dynamic threat.
Cheaper K, more accurate, bigger leg.

Should be able to gain some cap room with needed cuts while doing a mini reset with an eye on 2025.

We have drafted soooo many safety’s over the years. You know what that tells me? JS has no idea what a good safety looks like in the draft. The only good ones we landed were guys Pete recruited out of HS or who played college while Pete was coaching in college, and he knew their talent.

ILB should be the highest priority.

Bobby has become a serious liability for this team. Slow LB's is a death sentence. This team needs to get younger & faster at the position asap.

IOL remains an issue. Lewis, Brown & Haynes will all be FA's. So it will need to be addressed.

Edge, outside of Chenna & Boye, they just don't have a ton of depth. You're hoping that Hall can make a jump in year two. But guys like Darrell Taylor are a liability. So, there's no point in keeping him around.

QB is highly dependent on opportunity & who's made available.

Safety is maybe less of a priority.

DT - someone to play next to Williams.
ILB - someone to replace Bobby, Brooks may not be the answer.
TE - I think two of our three TEs will leave.
G - our pass blocking sucks.
QB - for obvious reasons.
