Apparently he's getting $156k from the Seahawks -- after collecting $5M from Detroit.

He must really want to be here because that's chicken scratch for a guy that's made around $40M in his career.

I read he got a 1 yr extension for $11M. Dunno where they came up with it. And THEN signed 3 other guys.

Everyone knew it, you knew it, the media new it, I knew it.. Hawks were going to enter the season with out a pass rush. Is the Hawks the only ones who didn't know this? Why wait till a quarter of the way into the season to try to address this?.. Yeah I know we lost a lineman who they were counting on, but everyone knew he wasn't going to be the answer anyway.

Now with Harrison signed he still needs to clear the 5 days of covin test before he is allowed to join the team at the v-mac center. My guess is he'll be heald in reserve until week 7. At Which time the team will also have the return of Darrell Taylor which could be a remarkable combination for our defensive front four.

Good info HawkerD. I didn't know PS players could be snatched. Just assumed being on practice squad protected them. Thanks for that comment.

Why would he sign just to keep negotiating with other teams for this week? He could just as easily made his trip to GB and make a final decision at that point. I doubt any other teams are in the mix with his preference to play only for a winning team. I'm pretty sure he made the final decision to play for the Hawks.

Also losing 20 pounds is huge for a man his size!

Because of COVID testing protocols. The second he leaves the Seahawks bubble and flies he needs enter GB's Bubble, then if he picks the hawks he needs to start all over again.

I think he was just waiting to see which team that wanted him was winning. And it came down to GB or SEA. Frozen tundra not so inviting in December and January so Seattle it is.
