I heard that high knees in the aisle works.
Disturbing teammates' sleep was wrongly reported, Russ had his family and team 3, which took up enough space in the first class section of the plane that Russ was bouncing around only in his own sphere. teammates were in other section.

I can see the whole team being suspended for PED's.. wouldn't that be a riot.
Yeah, good point. I forgot about that.

Still, knowing what I know about how well that product works for me, if I was in that position, I'd ask the NFL specifically if I could take them on long flights. Have them test it for whatever.

I've spent a good part of my 40 year career working odd shifts and having to adjust to normal hours for my days off, so I don't have a helluva lot of sympathy for professional athletes having to adjust to a time change. They'll get used to it.

Arnica montana 30C (arnica flowers)
Bellis perennis 30C (daisy)
Chamomilla 30C (camomille)
Ipecacuanha 30C (ipecac root)
Lycopodium 30C (club moss)

I don't think it is some magic elixir.

All I can tell you is it works for me. I haven't had a bad case of jet lag since I started using it. And I've been on some long-ass east-bound flights.

One other thing that helps is using a good set of noise cancelling headphones. But I discovered that trick after discovering the magic elixir.

Jet lag is a hard thing to predict and deal with.

I've had it many times.

You can't even control it.

I day for one hour different to recover as a general rule, but it's n general. It's one game, the leaving and returning.

depends on many things

Ignorant question: their flight had 1 stop right?

Not enough fuel for direct flight....?

Should be fine for a direct flight. They'll fly the Northern route I assume to cut down distance. I did a non-stop from Vancouver to India non-stop once. Seattle - Munich would be shorter than that
