That is the one coach I'd be willing to see after Pete but he cannot
bring in his own DC-it has to be a legit NFL DC that they spend on.

Have you ever had that "I told you so" opportunity and not taken it because it just doesn't feel as good now?
I've been saying the team will never do anything again under Pete Carroll for years now and it finally seems to be obvious with everybody else now. It's insane that there are still a few that make excuses for old Pete, but it's clear that it's time to move on from him.
