Holding the ball too long and when he throws it's late in the play, same routes that can be scouted from game to game, Geno forcing instead of taking what's available and letting the guys make a play after the catch. He was doing that last year, routes were the only thing we never change for some reason or rarely and when we do hey, they work. Geno is over thinking or forcing or trying to be to perfect which results in some ugly plays or as some say trying to do to much, he needs to let the game come to him again and take what they give us, we have players at every position that can exploit any given situation, just change up the routes, you are four deep with Bobo, how many deep slants do we see Metcalf run, almost every one is a fly or post pattern, how many seam routes do the TE's run, how many mid field crossing pick plays. we never adapt and change.
