Being in Indiana for many years..You found out fast
about Bobby Knight and the Hoosiers.
I died laughing so hard when he did "Game face" or
the When "I die I hope they bury me upside down so the media can kiss my ass".
RIP there won't be another Bobby Knight that's for sure.

Funny thing about Knight he was fired from Army for being too hard core, Mike Krzyzewski was his starting point guard who later on became an assistant coach under Knight before going to Duke

Love him... or hate him, Bobby Knight's actions essentially made you choose.

His aggressiveness inspired some, but the sense that I had at the time is Bobby's angry outbursts were a sign of his inability to contain his emotions.

Ultimately, Bobby Knight has always been a timebomb on the brink of a personal destructive explosion.

I was never a fan of the coach myself but I definitely respect his work. He was one of the best of his time. He also was mentor to Mike Krzyzewski who I was a HUGE fan of.

RIP Coach

Hard to argue with three championships

It's funny how the tolerance for him deteriorated when he started winning 20 games and bouncing in the first or second round though, especially after '93 or so.

He went too far but he ran a tight, clean program. Can't say that about Deno Smith, Wooden, or Calimari....
