Is this a indication that they are going to trade down?

I suppose that puts them in position being that they dont have cap space.

I just think its interesting they go into the draft with 52 man roster...

Thoughts?

I don't think it means anything yet. They have a big class incoming plus the UDFA to help fill out the remaining 38 spots.

At 52, the Hawks have the 2nd lowest number of contracted players in the league. The Lambs have the fewest at 44.

In order to have 90 players on their roster starting TC, the Hawks need to add 26 UFDAs assuming they draft 12 players and not re-sign someone they already cut or didn't re-sign.

UDFA should be crazy.

Players can basically choose their team, and I’m sure after the draft a lot of players are going to want to be apart of the this Seahawks team.
To me, Seattle is telling these youngsters (and vets alike) that there are jobs available, come and take one. I'm down.
