That's like saying Marshawn Lynch made a career on one run.

OBJ's first three seasons:
91 catches 1305 yards 12 TDs
96 catches 1450 yards 13 TDs
101 catches 1367 yards 10 TDs

In all three of those seasons, he had more yards than any Seahawk has ever had in a single season, his 101 catches is more than our franchise record of 100 (Tyler Lockett), and his 13 TDs would be tied with Daryl Turner for second-most in a season, and one short of Doug Baldwin's team record of 14.

OBJ is an egomaniac, and injuries truncated his prime, but he was legitimately great his first three seasons when he was setting records left and right. He was a lot more than one catch; that catch just got the attention of people who don't watch football.

trying to care about this topic but just can't.

Player wise 2nd overall defensive player picked who plays a traditionally non flashy position isn't in a top 5 list of potemtial DROYs? Without looking I imagine that goes to players that get sacks and Ints. I am hoping he gets sacks but DT usually sets up those that do.

As for a team? We deserve to be the non factor we are being portrayed as after 3 playoff wins in 8 years. But at least we won more regular season games than we lost. /sarcasm
