Hooey like the Wonderlic. Simply not applicable to actual performance in the game of football. Lotta dudes I knew couldn't ace the SAT but could memorize the hell out of a concept and think on their feet.

At least... that's what Stroud seems to indicate

What does the S2 measure?
Accuracy and speed of cognitive reasoning in a sports specific manner, including grading of some tendencies like rhythm and distractibility. Here's a screenshot of some example results on their site.

I was a bit rash calling it Wonderlic-level hooey, but it doesn't seem like a test that really measures performance when you add in the variables of coaching, scheme, etc.

Also, I can't believe CJ would score an 18%. He had some worrying stuff in college, but most of it was because he wasn't required to do a lot of things in college that he'd have to do as a pro.

That’s what surprised me. Obviously, that’s a terrible score.

I wonder how much of that influenced Carolina’s decision.
