If you get rid of Pete, you have to get rid of the rest.

No coach with any value is going to come in and not be able to pick his own coordinators...ESPECIALLY when you just (hopefully? please?) fired a coach that tended to keep coordinators on more for their loyalty than competence.

Why would any coach want incompetent coordinators that were loyal to the previous regime?

IMO the answer is keep Pete and get an OC that he trusts 100% that is more creative to make use of the skillset he has to work with, and is able to adjust to what is given or open to the offense. Trust and then hands off Pete, let them DO THEIR JOB!

There is not a single OC in this country that PC would give up offensive control to at all. It's his way or the highway.
