Aros' Fearless Prediction Thread (vs Cowboys)

Another test looms ahead with the Cowboys coming to town. At times they have looked terrible but their comeback last Sunday was impressive as they are not short on talent on offense. This game could be a high scoring affair indeed. Until we have a true pass rush we're going to get scored on. Dak is good, but not elite great like Russ therefore the Seahawks get the edge.


Aros' Fearless Prediction: Seahawks 35 - Cowboys 28

Aros' Fearless Record: 2-0

Let's see:

Our pass offense can score on NE's capable pass defense.
Our run offense is a bit untested so we shall see.
Our pass defense sucks, DL is living up to the billing of being soft, Not sure why our DBs aren't more capable?
Our run defense has been good for two games, it will be tested this time.

I like our chances on this one, expecting a win.

I would be even happier if our DB can perform better, and Collier can be more of factor in rushing the passer.

Their offense is good, too. If we don't execute cleanly, it may be a long day. I think we lose this one.

I’m going to go with 24-20 Seattle only because it’s worked.


Realistically there is going to be more points scored than that likely like a 42-35 Seattle Score.

Absolutely, but he has more weapons this year to bail out his overrated self.
His receivers are pretty good about getting wide open, and that overweight Ewok he has @ RB hasn’t eaten himself out of the league quite yet.

^^^This. I HATE the Cowpatties with a passion. Even with no pass rush I'm still expecting pure Dominance.

A Mike McMarthy team usually plays a tough low scoring game, Blair and Irvin are both out for the year. So blair isn't as big of a issue as Irvin is.

I think the D gets it together a little more this game. On paper, the back 7 should be just about the best in the NFL.
