He has some elite talent on that defense, yet his D gives up 16 point leads 4 weeks in a row, setting a new NFL record.

The past couple of years, The Chargers have given up 4th quarter leads week after week. Even with an elite rookie QB, the Chargers defense craps the bed.

Is this a reflection on Gus Bradley (and look at how Dan Quinn's defenses collapsed), or on the Chargers head coach?

Never thought he was good here. Nice guy, but hated his soft zone prevent defense.

The Chargers are basically us, but always end up on the other side of their absurd amount of close games.

Gus Bradley blew 5, 4th quarter leads in 2012 with the Seahawks, and then another against ATL in the divisional round.

He's always kind of been this guy, but it has been taken to a new level this year.

It is interesting that all of Pete's guys are struggling in the 4th quarter.

Quinn, got fired because of it.
Bradley, business as usual.
Norton, (Seahawks have led by double digits in every game going into the 4th quarter, only 8 points against the Vikes.) Opponents have chewed into those leads pretty quickly in the final frame, and a lot have even been surrendered.

The old Seattle scheme appears to be dead. Pete's now even going the blitzing route, and hardly plays cover 3 press/bail anymore.

We had much more talent on defense back then. There was no reason to play softzone with that physical of a defense.
