Yes, this is correct and isn’t talked about enough. If the players had followed team/mlb protocol they likely would have no one COVID positive. They didn't provide enough of a buffer between camp and games. Needed a month to get all the first wave of testing and quarantines out of the way

I agree with this. But what can the NFL do to minimize the risk? Or is there anything they can do? It was pretty dumb for MLB not to do a bubble because it would have been pretty easy with all the spring training fields in either Arizona or Florida.
The NFL has almost no chance of making it through the season if they go about it the same way as MLB.
