    I was going to say about mcdonald, but jville beat me to it, he apparently dropped about 15lbs and played much better for it. I have to wonder if the same would happen to Carpenter if he lost some weight. I think he's struggling because he bulked up too much. Scruggs sounds like he has the frame...

    When did you think we had it... be honest!

    I expected to be really nervous all of Sunday, but instead was totally calm and confident, I just had a great feeling the Hawks would win - better all-round team who had gotten through far better teams to get there. At 22-0 up at halftime I didn't see much chance of Denver getting back into it...

    The defensive line as a whole looked great on Sunday night, looks to have really good depth which was a concern after Howard and McDonald were let go. McDonald played well when he was in. Interesting in that clip that Bennett seems to drop back into coverage, looks pretty fast doing it too
