............. by the way, I'm envious of your weekend family get away. I am hunkered down inside my house with a hospital/military grade Austin air purifier scrubbing our interior air clean. I don't recall a previous wildfire season with smoke pollution as bad or as persistent as what we are going thru this year in South West Oregon. The air quality index rating outside my window has deteriorated to hazardous.

That sure sucks, hope you and yours are safe.

Thanks for making all the posts with the latest and posting all the roster moves. There are just a few minor issues as it appears the team waived OT- Tyrus Thompson as injured and he has reverted to IR.

Everything is updated to my best belief.

We are fine because we are prepared. Keeping things festive and up beat. Checking on neighborhood seniors. Still got some boy scout left in me.

Missed posting the Garrison tweet in this thread .... but you spotted the omission. Good eye ... good eye.

That Sheldon Richardson transaction did a number on the Seahawk cap space. OTC has it listed at $3,120,399 tonight.

Not a big deal, they have done a lot with less in the past, we have a DT left or maybe they will just use Bennett and Clark as part of the rotation and go for speed and not a clog against the run, Packers don't count on the run that much history has shown so we may revamp again next week to make Hoyer beat us in the air.

Thanks for keeping up with the roster. Much appreciated.

I have issues today as far as smoke. Kids started a fire up on the hill and it is all over our valley. Oregon fires kinda smoked up the place a little, then Washington and Canada fires did. Then Montana, and now kids not to be outdone...have done it to us ending a decent weekend with dark skies. So much for getting work done today...

Go to website and click on your map location. Reports lag up to a couple hours behind current conditions. State Air Quality Resources (including forecasts and conditions) appear just below the map.

Wildfire seasons will continue for years to come until all the pine killed by infestations has burned. Wilderness areas and most steep terrain remain off limits to intervention.

When we see those close to us having serious problems it quickly brings in to focus how much our football fanaticism is a trivial pursuit compared to serious reality. It also brings into focus how transitory life is and how the real things like health family and friends are the best of all things.

These serious weather related events are becoming the new reality and preparing for them so they can be taken in stride (or at least with equanimity) is important and more than ever essential.

Fortunately all these things pass.

Bob Condotta is reporting he believes OLB- Austin Calitro, formerly a 49er has been added to the PS.

Updating on Jarron Jones but will wait for further confirmation on Calitro.
