I used a program called paint.net and RESIZED my picture to fit the parameters of the picture available. I think the pixel size is approximately 150 X 150. I do not know the moving pix size availability.
After I got the pic to the correct size, I went to my profile page/User Control Panel on .NET and uploaded a pic from my computer that I had saved in the correct size to that location and it is in.

This is a start for you.
Most paint or camera programs can RESIZE your picture.

Rezize based on pixels not diminsions, it helps since the limits are by pixels on the forums, this way you can size it and get the correct presentation as well.
