Looks like a partridge or a quail with the topknot off...and I remember the one cartoon that had the beams of power coming off the eyes before...just cant remember the name of the cartoon character. Too many years have been thru my mind. dangit.

Here in New Zealand the government is investigating the concept of changing the national flag. The first stage is a vote to see what flag should run against our current flag. One of the submissions was the laser kiwi flag. It was so ridiculous it became a bit of a meme.

I was thinking that the old cartoon Space Ghost had eye powers. I know he had the arm bands and arm powers..but cant remember whether he had eye laser powers. Suppose I am getting up in age finally.

Was a submission for the new New Zealand flag. Was in the news even here last spring, and then again late summer when the committee eliminated it (didn't make the cut to something like 50 designs.)
