CJ Spiller released, WIll Tukuafu re-signed

This is stupid unless Spiller is too injured to play.

Why do we keep releasing guys that could be effective ST return people at a time we NEED or should project the need for ST returners, only to 2 keep two guys that make me long wistfully for the days of Turbin?

After watching our last two games, I noticed that there are only few times that our returner even has an opportunity to return a punt or a kick-off. Running a ball out of the End Zone lately has not produced much.
