Any Oregon fans know why there was no legal ramifications for DJ Johnson assaulting a fan a few months ago? I can't find any follow up regarding consequences for his actions. Also, knowing that he can not control his impulses, would you draft him?

Duck fan and haven't heard anything about the charges. Could mean they're waiting to go to trial, could mean charges were dropped and it wasn't a big story. I wouldn't draft him because he just didn't contribute much. Lot's of physical tools, but that's about it.

Guy is built like a freak, just never could find a spot. He is a hell of a blocking TE, might be worth a flyer in the 5-6 round and make him a TE again. At DE, maybe he would
Be a decent 3-4 DE. But he is still raw.

On the assault stuff, don’t know what lead up to the punch. It’s been months and only crickets. You’d think some info would have come out if they are going after him. I’m all for fans going out on the field, but they should let the other team exit the field first. These students have grown up talking trash online, but don’t realize there are consequences for saying the same stuff to a 6’5 280 LBs guy to his face.

Not saying I condone him hitting a student. But the university’s have to keep the coaches and players safe by escorting them off the field.

My biggest shock of the draft is that Johnson went 80th overall. I don't understand what the Panthers see in him. He was one of the strongest players at the combine and he did have an impressive forty time, but his tape is very hit and miss. He also has real character concerns.
