3 years, 33 mil. A good chunk, but I would have been fine with that. Sounds like he wanted to play for Salah again. And we don't know if the Hawks offered to match. We never will really.
But, you can't force free agents to stay. I hope it yields a good comp pick. But we've been down this road before. John and Pete go get a bunch of average leftovers and we end up with NO comp picks. Sigh........

I have no clue, honestly. I wouldn't think the contract was rich enough for a third. There are probably better sources for this than me.
