Where are the people that claim DK is hurting the team and not mature enough? How can they fit this into their negative takes on his growth?
Seems to me his personality is well liked by everyone it the DB’s.
Personally I love when he roughs up some smack talking little dude, just needs to have production like he had late in last game more consistently and he will elevate to the next level.

He may have that John McEnroe, "I don't know who I am when I'm competing" thing. Complete with ill-timed outbursts.
Out of the competition environment, he's affable, likeable dude.
Once the competition gets going, his brain goes into a different mode. This is in all likelihood, not within his ability to control.
