I think RW is going to struggle on any team if the team isn’t in the hunt for a SB. And he will blame everyone but himself for not getting there.

I've said it 100 times in here, one of Russell's greatest assets/intangibles is also one of his biggest detriments.

IMO he's not capable of self criticism, and certainly isn't going to accept it from his GM, head coach and teammates. That we know. So it created a toxic scenario where Pete and John were tired of fighting with him on those very limitations and how best to use him.
