Earl took a big step forward last year in the playoffs with an important INT in each game. As he makes more obviously impact full and game-changing plays ala Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu of old, his stock will continue to rise.

Has Eric Weddle been listed yet?

There is only 1 more safety on the list. The NFL "experts" think it's Ed Reed. So it doesn't appear that Weddle or Chancellor would be on this list.

It's not necessarily a huge slight depending on who's ahead of him. Reed, that would be weak, he's not the player he once was. Eric Weddle or Jarius Byrd I wouldn't totally agree with, but I'd understand, those two are fantastic players and the best Safety in the league is undoubtedly one of those three.

I do think its ET, but Byrd doesn't get enough attention (you think our players get slighted for playing on the West Coast, try playing in Buffalo lol).
