If he signed the traffic citation, then that is public record. I see nothing pertaining to a DUI.

That's not a Washington State criminal cause #. I believe the Z refers to it being a WSP event # so that could be the traffic citation.

It's a case number in the King County District Court listed with an offense type of "Criminal Traffic". It's either a DUI, reckless driving, driving under a suspended license, or something along those lines.
