I fully expect that CB position to always be a first-contract type. Someone like Maxwell or Simon, who they let develop and they personally coach up.
One thing that would make Maxwell a better player is if he turned his head quicker or be in the position to do so. The guy would have a ton more picks if he did just that one thing. If (and its a huge if) he masters that one thing he'll be a probowl CB year in and year out IMHO.

I suspect Maxi would be a 'good fit' on a lot of teams. Good CBs are like that. ;)
