Richard was a good college CB and very smart, I also think that no matter who the DC is the game plan is Pete's on how he wants to use the talent, pre game meeting etc on how and what level of aggression we will have based on the opposition. As a CB I think he may be aggressive and take more chances, look at how he coached up our DB's, they are aggressive. We will change up our indentity a bit I think. The D line is still where it all starts gap discipline along with the LB's. Lofa is a smart Football guy, I think that expertise will fill nicely, it's tackling and attitude that may be different in the coaching from Norton to him.
