Thought Hawks fans would find this interesting. There was a Td/interception play nearly identical to the Fail Mary play during the Purdue vs. Cincinnati game today. The play was originally ruled a TD based on simultaeous possession but then overturned when review showed that the defender had two hands on the ball and the receiver only one arm wrapped around the ball until the players fell to the ground. Since Purdue was getting killed anyway, I sort of hoped that the call on the field had been upheld as vindication for the Tate play, but no dice.
