Brandon Perna, in his unique style, came up with a new classic to describe a long, contested Hail Mary type of pass..
OK, there's Hail Mary, and WAIL Mary, the Russell Wilson to Golden Tate TD named for the massive WAILING (and gnashing of teeth) by Packer fans after losing the game on that CATCH by Golden Tate. Packer fans of course call it FAIL Mary, as their D in fact did FAIL on that CATCH.

BrailleMary

OK, as we can see in the photo above, Colts receiver Michael Pittman is having his vision obscured, effectively blinded, so Perna dubbed this, "BRAILLE MARY" as Pittman had to catch the ball while blind.
Pittman also had his helmet ripped off on the play, but somehow hung on despite not being able to see schitt. Video here...

Oh yes. the : symbol in the title of this post is actually the pattern of the letter "b" in Braille, or the number "2".

Anyway, Coug fan favorite Garder Minshew has a new achievement to his name, having completed the "Braille Mary" throw, that set up the game-winning FG to defeat the Ravens, on the road. Go Stache!
