Still trying to figure out how that's going to help their offense that scored ZERO points last time. Unless they figure their defense is going to do a lot of scoring tomorrow?

Simple, because we won't be down 3 scores which takes our running game out of the equation.

AP had 8 carries last time we played because the game was out of hand so quickly due to our defense not being able to stop Seattle's offense. If the defense can keep it close, the Vikings aren't forced to air it out and go away from running the football with AP.

and i will counter that with us stacking the box because teddy cant beat us with his arm and we still stop your run game. Its not like we have not allowed a 100 yrd rusher in 22 games and lead the NFL in rush defense or anything.

AP gained 18 yards on those 8 carries, before you were down three scores. So you're saying that AP's 2.2 YPC and Teddy's noodle arm are going to outscore our offense, playing against our defense. Sorry, not buying it. Not scared. Not concerned at all about this game.

We know that MIN was missing starters on defense last time the teams played. No need to keep saying it.

Thanks,
Laloosh and the rest of .NET

Not only that, but Jerome Bettis is from Detroit.

Not only that:

Is Russ wearing a badge?
1) He's the new sheriff in town.
2) Came with the handcuffs, which, you know, Cierra really likes.

Then you don't know AP, 8 carries is too small of a sample size for him to get going. His biggest runs usually come in the 4th quarter after he's worn down the other team. You can load the box and stop him the first 10, 15 carries and then 1 missed tackle and boom, he's gone - exactly what he did vs #3 Denver's Rush D and when he put up 200+ yds vs Oakland. In 2012 vs. Seattle AP had 17 carries for 180 yards. Not saying that will happen, but he's more than capable of doing major damage against any defense, which is why he's going to the HOF.

So here's where I'm going with this ... If the Vikings defense can limit Seattle's offense where they can still run the ball instead of trying to play from behind, they have a very good chance. Vikings have only lost 1 game this year when AP gets 20+ carries (vs AZ). But if Seattle goes up quickly and Vikings have to air it out to come from behind, they have no chance - which is what happened last time.

Glad you're not scared, cuz' any given Sunday ...

And when the Vikes opponents score 20+ points, your team loses, as they are 0 for when that happens.

That AP 180 yard game in 2012 was a 30-20 Vikings loss. Here's why. Yeah, you had a good day rushing with 243 total teams yards. So did we, with 195 total yards, 124 by Lynch. The difference was the QB's - Ponder 11/22 for 63 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INT - Russell 16/24 for 173 yards and 3 TDs, 0 INTs. Russell was much better than Ponder then and he's much better than Teddy now.

Your defense, though good, is not as good as ours. Your offense, as good as AP is, is not as good as ours. And most importantly, your QB is nowhere near as good as ours. AP couldn't carry you then and he won't carry you tomorrow. Teddy will have to match Russell's performance for the Viking's to be in the game, and that's not going to happen.
