Not really, Tukuafu is the kind of guy who needs a running start and a head full of steam before he demolishes whatever is in his path. I doubt his pass/run blocking technique is very strong off the line of scrimmage. Gilliam would be a better option in that role if Bailey is unavailable.

No idea what Tukuafu's current weight is, but FWIW he measured at 6-2 5/8 and 266 pounds at his Pro Day at Oregon back in March of 2010.

Another interesting tidbit about Tuku....he has 15 brothers and sisters. Fifteen, man.

He's a real beast on power runs that involve pulling guards.

He wasn't all that great on straight ahead short yardage blocking though. Seemed to consistently fail in leverage and in gaining momentum quickly. But if he's used in base downs he will cause some serious damage.

A FB that's 6-4 285? All he has to do is fall forward and he'll open a hole big enough for Lynch to run through.
