The Colts with a legitimate running game are now my favorites to win the AFC.

If recent history is a good judge, the scenario would be that the LOB intercepts Andre, and then Russell runs out and promptly hands him right back to Indy...

So he hasn't agreed with the Colts yet. Everyone in here made it sound like it was a done deal. From what I've read and heard, he is visiting the colts and they are the front-runner, but hasn't agreed to anything.
