Russell most definitely added some "Padding" this off-season, and that is not a bad thing. The best players will tell you that a layer of fat added to their durability and longevity.

Looks like it was a great time for the players who went. Hopefully we restored some team unity and won't see a repeat of last seasons team divide. Where was Jimmy ? He was in all the first week pictures but I don't recall him in the more recent? Hopefully Irvin didn't make him leave early?

Spent last week in Hawaii with the guys to get back into the groove as a team. It gave us a chance to strengthen relationships that we already have as well as helped to build new ones with some of the new guys. We put an emphasis on building a brotherhood because come game time, we rely on each other and we feed off each other’s energy.
