LOVED seeing fans in the seats last night - and I might be seeing the preseason through rose colored glasses (hence the title).
Ya ya ya, you can doom and gloom all you want with a preseason 0-2 record. Take the X and O component out, take the resting starters out, take the Broncos starters out. Everyone who mattered seemed pumped and ready to go on the sidelines.
I was hatin on the whole Russ and Adams/et all situations recently - but seeing the first 'game' with fans - priceless. Interviews with the starters on the sidelines ready to go? - Priceless.
Let's get through the next couple weeks, finish kicking the tires and lighting the fires - and get going for the season!
Just wish I could be in the stands and my wife could get her SeaDog at the stadium - but we'll have to survive on TV watching this year.
From what I can see - the attitude of the team looks 'right' to me - despite recent contract shennanigans. The rest will sort itself out (well, one more contract of note to finish).
After the crappiest COVID 2020 season ever? - Go Hawks!
