Purifoy is football player but somewhat of a head case. He's had 2 weed arrests and one conviction the initial case was dropped that case also involved the drug bath salts. He's not as big as some think 5'11" and his combine times were at best 4.55 he does have long arms 32+"but small hands 8 1/2"
He was a very highly ranked player (late 1st, early 2nd type ranking) but went undrafted b/c of his drug arrests and his discipline problems on the Gators. I suspect our DC thinks he can be straightened out but you can be sure his career here will be short if he doesn't. I think he'll be used on ST he's shown genuine abilities there as a gunner and as a returner.
