Detroit had a TD but refs called it short, and moved the ball back to about the 2 yard line.

Detroit RB gets picked up and slammed to the ground, refs ignore it.

The refs threw 4 flags on washington during a green bay drive to help give them (green bay) a touchdown and keep that game close.

Problem being is the refs arent held accountable. This is all a highly paid part time job for them. And the NFL as a hole.. doesnt help sway away from this argument when there's sports such as tennis, baseball, volleyball etc etc that can track balls, and spots. Then the uptick in sports betting type commercials has also been odd and doesn't help their "integrity"

The NFL wants the biggest fanbases to be in the playoffs every year.
The more they win, the more likely they are to make the playoffs.
If they are in the playoffs and or super bowl the more merch they sell.

Thus the steering in favor of “legacy” teams. Tell me when the last Zeke Elliott TD was called back because of a holding penalty. I don’t think that has ever happened.
