Lynch DUI case going to trial, asking for postponement

They're going to ask for a continuance for after the Super Bowl but it looks like Lynch wants this to go to trial to get it thrown out completely.

My favorite part of this is that he was driving a white Ford van. LOL.

If it doesn't get thrown out completely, it will get reduced. The court will look at the fact that there was not a vehicular accident and the BAC was very near the threshold. IMO he should take it to a jury trial, so long as they can assure him that no Niners fans will be allowed in the pool of jurists.
