Definitely was a foul by Auburn at the end. Looks like they did screw up on the no call double dribble, but nobody would have known that unless they went back and mentioned it.

Pearl was very dumb for giving those two fouls at the end. Just because you have a couple fouls to give, doesn't mean you have to use them. They gave the first foul way too early with like 7 seconds left with the guy not even in the front court. The next foul they gave (on the play of the missed double dribble) bailed Jerome out, he was going to throw up a 40 foot shot, instead they got it side out which allowed them to win the game.

Congrats to UVA and Tony Bennet. Glad they won. Tony is a class guy and handled their defeat last year very well. Good for that team coming back and winning it all.

Yep, I don't know why the controversy on the 3 pointer. It was a foul. You could maybe argue whether it should be a foul, but that gets called 10 out of 10 times during a game.

But the double dribble no-call was ridiculous.

UVA had no business being in the title game and winning it.

His jersey was grabbed before the double dribble, and it wasn't called either. So it's either a defensive foul, or ignore both and 'let them play'.
