Yeah and I think it was to be a back up, why Houston won out. We had a undrafted guy Named Krieg here and Zorn.

Knox was just starting here, Zorn was the guy from the start, Knox didn't like a scrambler or a Lefty but it was hard to dismiss him, Krieg was given chances in 1982 and started two games, Zorn I think had the nasty injury also in 1983 as well and Krieg had half the starts.

We all know Knox hated giving the ball to a QB to win as well.

Moon was a Champion, he was a local legend and was still considered a guy that wasn't smart enough to grasp a NFL offense by so called experts in many places.
