Richardson makes us a legit SB contender. Guy is a stud and the perfect personality for this team. Make this happen

This year's final cut down is far more spontaneous and exciting that first day of the draft.

I think I like it! :2thumbs:

Edit: ^^^ My excitement is not directed at trading away Kearse, but at gaining Richardson.

Jermaine, thanks for all the great memories and clutch catches. Your late TDs against the 49ers and Packers as well as the tip catch against the Patriots will not be forgotten by me.

Rappaport is saying we also gave up a 2nd or 3rd round pick.
I'll take that all day long. Hell our firsts are so crap I'd have been fine giving up one of those.

Jesus when Pete and John decide to address interior pass rush they don't fool around.

Still picking my jaw up off the ground.

What makes it even better is the tremendous success we've had adding DL players on short deals and having it always pan out. Their approach is stupid effective with that unit.

Perfect.

Now Rubin is a possible cap casualty, right? It'd open up $2.2M. Trading Lane $4M. $6.2M more off the books.

Cuts will definitely be interesting, but they made the cap room by restructuring baldwin, so cuts will have more to do with talent and need than money

You know ... the last time I remember feeling like this was when the Seahawks first signed Michael Bennett when he was a free agent. Several of us talked about it in passing beforehand (if it happens, it happens kind of thing) ... but I was firm in my belief that Bennett to Seattle was actually going to happen. At the time, I was super excited because KNEW what the Hawks were getting in Bennett ... and I believe that they are getting a similar impact guy right here in Richardson. WOW! Just WOW!
