Sure it will. The ultimate goal is to get the call right, and that is the accountability the fans want. If there is clear and indisputable visual evidence for or against a penalty, the get the call right so the integrity of the entire game isn't brought into question.

There's 99% vs 1% on this no-call. What happens when it's 92% to 8%? Do you want the call on the field that's probably wrong to stand or do you go with with the unproven but highly probable hunch? Very few replay requests will be this clear.

It was Pass Interference AND Helmet to Helmet hit. The helmet hit is not a judgment call. If they don't want to call PI, they simply can't ignore the head hit. Saints were robbed by the refs.

All Vegas cares about is the point spread, why would having more reviewed non calls matter to the point spreads? Some games it'd work in their favor, and some games it'd work against them.
