I'm not sure exactly what this is showing other than the variability between 40 times and actual 10 yard get off times that imply the 40 yard dash isn't the end all, be all. Also consider that all running stats come from the 40-yard dash which is a track thing, not necessarily a football thing so times are impacted by training (or lack thereof) and constant repetition (or lack thereof) with unnatural non-football moves that post combine they are unlikely to ever have to do again. Note, many 10-yd times are close.
