Those threads are stupid, but at least they're a result of something that inherently occurs when watching a Seahawks game.

That website knows when you're watching the video with Pete Prisco in it. You don't have to seek him out. They are paid relative to the revenue that their content brings into the website. Unlike television, website measurements give an accurate picture of what content is being accessed.
