I'm putting Russell Wilson in there. Matt doesn't hold a candle to Dave Krieg. At the peak of their respective careers, Krieg was simply better. I'm putting Curt Warner in there. I'm putting Dwayne Harper in there. From my personal "eye test", Harper was better than Trufant or Brown. In fact, I still believe that Dwayne Harper and Patrick Hunter were the best corner tandem in Seahawk history.

I'm ok with Robinson. Heck of a safety. So was John Harris. Easley was one of the best football players in the history of the game and probably the best defensive player in Seahawk history. Mack Strong was a very good fullback. I like him better than John L Williams who was primarily a receiver but didn't have near the blocking ability of Strong who was outstanding at picking up blitzes or leading the way for Alexander.

MLB - Lofa Tatupu

Lofa was good for only his first two years, then injuries took their toll on his body and his speed fell off quickly.

I knew Michael Jackson growing up as a kid, but I've got to go with Wagner too, sorry Michael if you're reading this. One of my all time favorite Seahawks.

I actually got very nervous reading a post that starts "I knew Michael Jackson growing up as a kid..."

Putting Brady Quinn as one of the all time greatest Seahawks ever at his position was humorous at first but then made me wonder. What if Wilson goes down Drew Bledsoe style and Brady puts up Tom Brady numbers and Pete keeps RW on the sidelines and Brady Quinn leads us to the Superbowl. Then everyone talks about RW the rest of his career about what could have been and Quinn re-signs a huge franchise quarterback deal this offseason with Seattle.

I agree that Krieg is underrated. I wouldn't complain if someone picked either Hasselbeck or Krieg. I'd give Wilson a couple more seasons before I knocked those two other guys out of the way (maybe one if he really tears it up and the team does well).

Picking between Strong and Williams is really hard.

Picking between Warner and Alexander is really hard. If Lynch plays another year or two like he has been it gets even harder. Even some of the lesser Seahawks HBs have been pretty good (such as Chris Warren).

Mili being chosen as a best tight end (with the other names) shows that this team has never had a special one that got to play.

I'm glad Sinclair has made people's lists consistently; the guy was the man. Those 90s defenses were awesome; it's too bad there wasn't a sufficient offense to complement it.

seatownJay, was Sam Adams not included in the voting? Seeing Rocky Bernard on the list before Adams is a bit strange.

QB - Russell Wilson - Some old schoolers are tempting to go with, but I think Wilson is going to top them by the end of his career.
FB - Mack Strong
RB - Marshawn Lynch - After Beast Quake, He's gotta be here.
WR - Steve Largent
WR - Darrell Jackson - Come on now... No love for D-Jack.. He was Hasselbeck's go-to guy for years in the WCO.
TE - Zach Miller - I don't think he's done by a long shot. Looking for him to put up a few more big years in Seattle.
LT - Walter Jones
LG - Steve Hutchinson - Does this leave a salty taste in your mouth or is it just me?
C - Kevin Mawae -
RG - Chris Gray - We kept trying to find a better RG, but he always seemed to win the starting spot when regular season rolled around.
RT - Sean Locklear - Might be tempted to go with Breno if he keeps improving on his focus and discipline like he did last year.
DE - Michael Sinclair - Clemons is a close one for me here
DT - Cortez Kennedy
DT - Brandon Mebane - My adopt-a-rookie that was adopted by me before we ever took him.
DE - Jacob Green
ROLB - Rufus Porter - Leroy Hill might be in here, except for... You just have to put Rufus Porter in your linebacking corp.
MLB - Lofa Tatupu
LOLB - Anthony Simmons - Wright could quickly be taking this spot over.
CB - Richard Sherman
CB - Marcus Trufant
FS - Kenny Easley - Thomas should probably be here, but I would've loved to see Easley and Robinson.
SS - Eugene Robinson - Kam is quickly creeping up in this category.

All the trufant haters should porbably put into perspective the kind of secondary talent Trufant had around him for most of his career.

It wasn't really very pretty a lot of the time.

i don't hate Trufant, i just don't think you can put him in as one of the Seahawks best of all time... Sorry he had one good year... and a few ok years, and a lot of under achieving years... him and wilson got torched repeatedly and that was very brutal to watch for me.
