Okay, so like, the weekend is complete. I've just finished cleaning-out the coolers, re-stashing the barbecue grill, and am enjoying a nice hot cup of coffee in front of my PC. I'm a touch on the hung-over side, but am feeling pretty good, especially after the results of the game. Quite a nail-biter we had going on here.

On behalf of Lon (Pmedic920) and the rest of our Houston-based 12's contingent, I wanna say thanks to all that showed up and experienced this one with us. It was a great time had by all. To my knowledge, no casualties occurred, and besides a 20-minute rain shower in the morning, the weather held out to allow a ton of us to get to know each other for the first time. We did have a MysterMatt disappearance, but I am almost positive he is alive and well somewhere...

Here are a few candid shots of the festivities, both before the game, and after the win. The strapping young gentleman in the Trufant jersey is my oldest son Nick.

I credit myself with picking Houston as the game to attend for the annual .NET roadtrip. It turned out to be a damn memorable weekend and game.

I'm sure people are going to be dropping in here to say hi and thanks and share their experiences of the trip. Just want to just quickly say Thank you to Lon and Scott.

INCREDIBLY THOUGHTFUL HOSTS

Everybody appreciated your generosity and efforts.

MysterMatt is fine. He made it to the game and bought me a steak dinner sometime around midnight. Somehow we stayed up and out and drank until the bar closed AGAIN. That's a full weekend of non-stop drinking.

How do I do it?

Not sure but I'll be doing it again next weekend in Indy.

Met a lot of great new people. Including Sherm's mom.

And I didn't offend anyone (that I know of) except for Seatown and TechWorlds but they're my bros so I have a chance to win back their love.
