Good. He's a solid inside presence. :snack:

Fair deal on both sides imo. After taking that one year off, he def. came back with a new energy. And he contributed big time imo. Excellent signing.

Nice. Feels like he could have gotten at least that with someone else, so I'm happy to see our guys are choosing to stick around.

Here we go, boys. Watson is next.
Hate to burst your bubble, brother, but Watson is not coming to Seattle.

Pete and John are re-building the defense and the Oline. Wasting multiple 1st and 2nd round picks trading for Watson would be foolish.

Pete may not like the word "re-build" but that's what the doctor ordered.

#9, #40 and #41 will be used judiciously for youth, speed and talent.

Great to read that big Al is returning. He's solid. Brings the attitude that exemplifies what Clint Hurtt insists on up front. Looking forward to seeing what veteran Shelby Harris and Big Al look like on the field together. :2thumbs:

I thought he was our best DL last year. Hopefully, he doesn’t drop into coverage this season.

I was hoping we would keep Al Woods for another year or two. He was our most imposing DT this last season!
