Which is why you do the drop kick and chalk it up to experimentation and guts if it fails and unadulterated genius and guts if it works. It's a no lose situation![/quote]

How do you fire up a team destined to lose... what he said :2thumbs:

A drop kick 63 yarder would be epic. Way better than what happened.

The good thing about that game is no player with perhaps the exception of Carson/Davis played awesome. Everyone made some mistake. There were a lot of mistakes, poor tackling, out of position, poor blocking on the punt block and some poor ST coverage, penalties, poor use of clock and time outs, etc etc. All those mistakes and the team lost by 2 points to the undefeated Super Bowl leading contender. TWO POINTS. Any one of numerous poor plays, calls, etc could have made the difference. This isn't the unwatchable 2017 Seahawks. This is the 2018 Seahawks and are fun to watch.

No way Janikowski makes it from there. the wind was coming in from that end of the stadium and kickoffs and punts weren't going anywhere in that direction. We were out of field goal range. And we had 3 timeouts and 3:38 on the clock.
