I believe it's both Pickett and Canada. Both being a negative...usually a negative multiplied by a negative is a positive, which leads me to believe that this is additions by subtraction, no?

Either way, Pickett Canada! I know I would, but I'm too much of a heathen to be allowed in Canada.
