I don't think the Fred Jackson one was DPI. Their feet got tangled and the defender fell on Fred. Anything when the legs get tangled is considered incidental contract.

Not sure that the Jackson play was much less blatant. Maybe slightly and you have the defender looking at the ball a bit more but it still looks a lot more like PI than anything else.

Jackson is very good as a receiver, so let's squash that notion right now.
