Michael Jordan. He is a big Panthers fan since he is a North Carolina legend. I think the crying face was from a retirement press conference or the like. Just folks thinking they are clever and mocking both Jordan and the Panthers at the same time.

The Michael Jordan face is used all the time in memes to mock whenever someone is sad. It has extra weight in this case since he was rooting for the Panthers since he is a Carolina guy.
