One thing Rawls didnt have last off-season was strength and conditioning training and clear cut competition.

Rawls looks good, imo, looks bigger and stonger, hard to tell with his shirt but his core looks better, as in added mass ,and that will help dishing out physicality and absorbing hits.

Do you have dossiers on every Seahawks candid photo physique or what?

Not that I think that anyone is taking this very seriously, but, having just returned from the same place near Orlando. I thought I would mention that the gator's mouth is taped, and that there were kids as little as 5 years old doing the same thing.

Agreed. I too just got back from Gatorland in Orlando. My 6 year old daughter did the same thing.
